1. Anonymity

Vizo requires no account, no email, no password. You use the service under an anonymous identity (a random ID stored only in your browser).

2. Minimal data

We only collect what is needed to run the service: your device ID, your IP address (stored hashed, never in clear text) and your approximate country. Text messages are ephemeral and not stored. Video goes directly between the two people, never through our servers.

3. Reports

Reports (reason + optional description) are kept for moderation and safety. They may lead to a ban.

4. Cookies

We use minimal local storage (device ID and preferences). No advertising cookies at MVP.
